Leadership Roles

There is often a misconception that leadership corresponds with authority; that leadership is confined to the top of a department or organization. In reality, the success of an organization is dependent on the presence of leaders at every level. At EBSCO, the leadership journey is available to everyone and always begins with Leading Self. Once you have mastered the behaviors associated with Leading Self, you can begin Leading Others. From there, you can begin Leading Leaders and eventually Leading the Business, if those roles are in line with your personal career goals.
